Dedi Maller

Dedi Maller

Technology executive. Most recently CIO and Head of R&D of the Israeli Air Force’s primary software, data and infrastructure unit, at the rank of Colonel.

Over 20 years building and leading large multidisciplinary engineering organizations across software, data and AI, cyber, and IT infrastructure.

My work has remained anchored in the technology itself: architecture, platform strategy, and the delivery roadmap. Past a certain scale, though, the architecture and the organization stop being separate problems. How teams are structured decides what the technology can become; which leaders you grow decides whether it gets built.
